I haven't been to McD's for a long time. My kids asked me to get 2 burgers a few days ago. Through the McDrive window you could see that without exception all employees that I could see, regardless of whether they were in the kitchen or the window, had the MNS under their noses or chins. When I kindly asked the lady at the checkout to pull her mask up a little (hung under her chin) she looked at me angrily and waved it off. I then told her, still very kindly, that there was no protection like this. Then she laughed out loud and said "yes I know". Irresponsible such behavior. This, sorry the choice of words, juice shop, doesn't see me anymore.

I like the McDonalds branch very much. I passed here after a long hike and satisfied my hunger perfectly. The service was very friendly, everything tasted great and when everything is open again you can sit outside with a great view of the Taunus.

Hello ... the shop in Idstein is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We like to come here although it is not exactly easy to get to from Wiesbaden.

What a messy mess. One thinks, oh this Sunday, Mc Donalds. Haven't eaten in a long time. Mc Drive, coupons. A home trip of 5km. Nothing was missing this time. But the burgers mushy or dry. The potato wedges are delicious, the fries are limp. The club in there was completely overwhelmed. If you can't cope with the coupon campaign and the quality suffers, then just leave it. For the next long time I won't need the food anymore. Pooh

A McDonald's stop. Food, service, cleanliness, hygiene everything was okay, unfortunately the drink was provided with ice cubes, although explicitly ordered without. So unfortunately only 4 stars.

Friendly staff who pay great attention to cleanliness. The burgers were freshly made and delicious!

Finally a MC Donald's where the order was delivered correctly right away without anything missing. All the dishes were hot and fresh. After the meal, all tables were cleaned very quickly for the next guests. Big praise, keep it up!

Disgusting food

The staff's German wasn't without its flaws but they were all very kind and they were obviously working hard. We visited rather late (around 11pm), because of covid-19 you're not allowed to eat inside after 10pm, so we didn't get eat inside, but it was clean and looked after. The restroom was also clean, with a remarkably big sink. It was all very pleasant.

Was in Drive In .. The staff was very friendly. We paid by card and that was not a problem. The building and property were clean. The food is complete, warm and tasty .. What more could you want?

It's a Mac Donalds, but a good one! This Mac is very clean and the staff is very nice. Processing is usually very quick and I am often very satisfied here. Have had positive experiences here in recent years, of course, mistakes can always happen. How many Macs do you know that really have the pay switch open? I only know Idstein!

Great service and clean.

It was horrible, the food did not agree with me nor my husband. My husband had a signature burger, with the waffle fries, I had a salad. The fries were not fresh, they were cold and chewy, that was the only item we both ate and thinking that was the culprit. However it is quick and easy access from the autobahn.
